Our product can help you know your customers and prospects better and learn what shopping habits they have now and are likely to have in the future. We use information from sources such as demographic, transaction, loyalty program behavior and surveys and use statistical techniques to project the behavior of the customers such as next likely purchase or propensity to respond to marketing offers.
A related approach to targeting is behavioral segmentation. Our programs use pattern recognition to cluster segments based on the behavior of buyers. Traditional segmentation methods involve picking some number of categories (age, income, etc.) and running reports based on those structured categories. We do the opposite. Our algorithms review your data and create segments based on customer behavioral patterns. In other words, the patterns defines the segments. Once the segments are identified we calculate the key characteristics that drive differing behavior. The results are free of presupposition and represent true distinction and behavior amongst customer groups.
