As Fuzzy Logix experiences fast growth in an evolving industry, we have appointed a Board of Directors to help steer our business and participate in our continued success.

Vivek Mohindra

Dr. Vivek Mohindra, Partner at New Science Ventures

Vivek Mohindra joined New Science Ventures as a Partner in April, 2013. He serves on the Board of Directors of Caringo, Directed Sensing, Ferric Semiconductor, Mangstor, Vorago, BrightVolt, Fuzzy Logix and GlobalFoundries. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Sensor Platforms (acquired by Audience).

Vivek joined NSV from TPG Capital where he was an Operating Group Partner working with portfolio companies on strategy, growth and operational issues, and with deal teams on due diligence. Prior to TPG, Vivek served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Transformation for Freescale Semiconductor and held several senior executive roles in Dell’s Product Group, Marketing division and as Vice President/General Manager of Dell’s North America SMB Group.

Vivek joined Dell from McKinsey & Company where he was a Partner. Vivek holds a B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Roorkee) in addition to an MBA. and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in Semiconductor Processing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Based in Connecticut with his family, he likes to read and play basketball with his son.

Jeff Evenson

Dr. Jeffrey Evenson, Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, Corning

Jeff Evenson joined Corning in 2011 and was named chief strategy officer in 2015. In this role, Jeff oversees corporate strategy, corporate communications, and advanced analytics.

Prior to his current position, Jeff served as senior vice president and operations chief of staff, and was responsible for leading the process to create Corning's annual operating priorities and overseeing a variety of strategic programs and growth initiatives across the company's diverse businesses. Previously, he spent seven years at Sanford C. Bernstein as a senior vice president and senior analyst focused on data networking companies. Earlier in his career, Evenson was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led technology and market assessments for early-stage technologies.

Evenson has a Ph.D. in physics from Harvard University, where he was a National Science Foundation Fellow, and a bachelor's degree in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is Chairman of the Corning Museum of Glass, a trustee of the Corning Foundation, and a member of the board of directors for View, Inc. Jeff and his wife Karyn reside in Corning, NY. He is an avid tennis player and ardent gastronome.

Steve Baldelli

Steven R. Baldelli – Serial Entrepreneur and CEO and Founder of Trident Marketing

Steve established Trident Marketing in 1986 and the company currently focuses on the sales, marketing, acquisition, development and management of RV resorts.  The company owns nine private membership RV resorts on the eastern seaboard with over 16,000 members.

Previously Trident was a national strategic partner of DIRECTV, its second largest marketing and sales partner, as well as ADT.  Trident Marketing sold their Home Services division in January of 2016.

Before founding Trident, Mr. Baldelli was a real estate developer and owner of small businesses including restaurants, a furniture store, hair salon and drug rehabilitation center in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.  He started his career in commercial real estate brokerage and business syndication, attended William and Mary and graduated from the school of hard knocks.

Ken Berryman

Dr. Ken Berryman, Tech Executive, Independent Director

Ken Berryman has spent more than 20 years working across the technology industry in both strategic and operational roles. Most recently, he was Chief Strategy Officer at Intel. Prior to that, Ken was SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development at BMC Software, where he both led multiple acquisitions and was the GM of a $200M Services business unit. He also spent time at Symantec as the SVP of Strategy and Emerging Businesses, and as a Partner leading the North American Software Practice at McKinsey & Company.

Before his executive career in technology, Ken trained as a physicist with an undergraduate degree from Harvard and a Ph.D. from Stanford University and once worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Ken has three teenage children, is based in San Francisco, and can sometimes be found running along the Embarcadero, getting ready for his next half marathon.

Kumar Mahadeva

Kumar Mahadeva, Founder and Former CEO at Cognizant Technology Solutions

As the founder of Cognizant Technology Solutions in 1993, Kumar Mahadeva was the driving force behind one of the fastest-growing technology services companies in the world. Cognizant is now a Fortune 500 company with a market cap of over $35 Billion. Prior to establishing Cognizant, Kumar was Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet India and China, and also worked at AT&T, McKinsey and Company and the British Broadcasting Corporation.

Kumar is currently an active investor through his Family Office and Kubera Partners, a Private Equity fund which invests in India. He is a member of several non-profit and for-profit boards and supports philanthropic causes through his Family Foundation.

Kumar was born in Colombo (Sri Lanka) and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the US. He has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with first class honors from Cambridge University, England, and an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School. Kumar and his wife Simi live in the US, in Greenwich CT.

Partha Sen

Partha Sen, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

A passion for solving complex business problems using quantitative methods, data mining and pattern recognition began as a hobby before leading Partha Sen to found Fuzzy Logix and develop its flagship product, DB Lytix, in 2007.

Before founding Fuzzy Logix, Partha held senior management positions at Bank of America where his achievements included leading the initiative to build a quantitative model driven credit rating methodology for the entire commercial loan portfolio. In the portfolio strategies group, Partha led a team to devise various strategies for effectively hedging the credit risk for the bank’s commercial loan portfolio and for minimizing the impact of mark-to-market volatility of the portfolio of hedging instruments (Credit Default Swaps, Credit Default Swaptions, and CDS Indexes).

Prior to working at Bank of America, Partha held managerial positions at Ernst and Young and Tata Consultancy Services. He has a Bachelor of Engineering, with a major in computer science and a minor in mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology. He also has an MBA from Wake Forest University.
